Itinerary Day 1: Dar Es Salaam/ Amani Nature Reserve.
After morning breakfast in your hotel depart for Amani
Nature Reserve. The journey to Amani Nature Reserve
from Dar Es Salaam will take you about 5 hours through
Chalinze and Segera and proceed to the East Usambara
Mountains. As you transferring through East Usambara
Mountains the scenery is amazing, with the mountains
looming up to the left and views of the Masai Steppe
out to the right. You will arrive at Sigi Guesthouse
at Amani Nature Reserve, in time for lunch. In the
afternoon take a walk around the Botanical Garden
and stop by at the Visitors Centre.
Dinner and overnight at sigi Guest House.
Day 2: Amani Nature Reserve.
Today go for a whole day excursion to explore this
amazing reserve. Several walking trails offer good
birding, some also visiting attractive waterfalls
and sites where endemic African Violets are be found.
The views from the Amani Peak are also worth a walk
to reach.
Dinner & overnight Sigi Guesthouse.
Day 3: Amani Nature Reserve/ Saadani National
Park
After breakfast en-route to Saadani National Park
Via Mkata/ Kwa Msisi Village. Lunch on arrival at
Mkwaja Saadani Beach. In the afternoon proceed with
the game drive then back to the lodge for dinner and
overnight at a Tent with a View.
Day 4: Game Drive and foot-walking Excursion
The day will be occupied with game drive in the morning
and afternoon foot-walking safari, (lunch at the lodge)
with unique experience of tracking giraffe through
prime bush before emerging onto a pristine beach.

Day 5: Game Drive to the National Park
Breakfast, boat excursions to Wami River, which offers
probably the best boat safari in Tanzania; the river
safari passes flocks of flamingoes at the mouth of
the estuary before entering the river with its abundant
wildlife and profusion of bird life. Return to the
lodge in the afternoon for lunch. After lunch sunbath
on the beach:

Day
6: Game Drive to the National Park
Morning breakfast, transfer to the Saadani Village
for short culture tour, and then drive back to Dar
Es Salaam.
