Day 1: Dar Es Salaam – Selous

Depart for Selous with a four wheel drive car at 9:00 am and arrive Selous at Sable Mountain Lodge for lunch. Continue with the game drive then back for Dinner and overnight in a luxury banda at Sable Mountain Lodge overlooking a secluded valley

 

Day 2: Selous Game Reserve

Full day game drive with picnic lunch across the beautiful North-West of Selous including an incredible boat safari on Lake Tagalala, overnight at Sable - Luxury tented banda.

 

Day 3: Selous Game Reserve

Leave by car for the Mgeta mobile camp inside the Selous game reserve, arriving in time for an afternoon walk in the area.

 

Day 4: Selous Game Reserve

Set off on a magnificent walk across the interior bush away from the rivers, then cutting North, and eventually reaching the Mgeta river. Overnight at the Mgeta mobile camp.

 

Day 5: Selous Game Reserve

Full game drives with picnic lunch en-route back to Sable Mountain. Overnight at the lodge, in a luxury tented banda.

Day 6: Selous Game Reserve- Ruaha National Park

Depart for Selous VIA Mikumi. Arrive Iringa for lunch then proceed to Ruaha National. Overnight at Ruaha River Lodge.

 

Day 7: Ruaha National Park
Safaris in Ruaha exploring many beautiful areas including the Ruaha and Mwagusi rivers. Ruaha offers spectacular game viewing, including wonderful elephant, greater kudu and buffalo encounters. Overnight Ruaha River lodge.

 

Day 8: Ruaha National Park.
After breakfast go for a walking Safaris escorted by ranger then back to then to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon it is your option to stay at the lodge or go for the evening game drive. Overnight at Ruaha River lodge

 

Day 9: Ruaha National Park

Full game drive to different attractive areas of the park. Overnight Ruaha River Lodge.

 

Day 10: At around 11:45 am fly Ruaha to either Dar Es Salaam or Zanzibar.
